New year, Semi-New Direction
So, its a new year and I've decided, in a fit of inspiration, that it would be good to kind of organize how I post here on blogger or at least find a way to be a little less sporadic in my posting, both topically and time wise.
After this decision came the big question of how exactly I would do this thing that is truly against my nature.
Then it occured to me.
Oracle Cards or specifically TheWisdom of the Hidden Realms Oracle Cards by Collete Baron-Reid. This may seem a bit of a non-sequitur to some of you but I hope you'll get the connection once I explain.
I bought these cards on a whim, like I do alot of my purchases, not really knowing of a purpose for them at the time.
Its really a shame, they really are beautiful cards, much better than the Rune Cards I picked up later on but we'll get to those later.
I had never really had an affinity for oracle cards but this deck was pretty so I bought it.
This week I decided, as a solution the lack of focus of my posts, that as a bi-weekly ritual I would draw out 3 cards to outline a theme for the post.
Lets get too it then!
First card:
As an ally, the Spirit Whisperer comes to you heralding the miraculus and the inspired. She whispers guidence from the Divine through your higher senses so that you can hear her wisdom and know her love for you.
She is commited to helping you intuit the next right action and steers you away from trouble. The Spirit Whisperer keeps you inspired to move forward, always knowing-just in time- the correct next step. She guides you to fulfill your hightest purpose. When she appears its a sign of inspired ideas that, with continual action, lead to success! Thats a very good omen.
If your question is about a relationship, the Spirit Whisperer speaks of soul connections, past lives, and great learning through mutual mirroring. She will whisper how long, how short, how deep and how sweet the relationship can be. There are soul bargains made even before you were born here, and an exploration is in order. You may move forward, but keep listening to the Spirit Whisperer for the lessons that the vulnerability of love brings.
Harmony begins with the self and then resonates outward to others. You're in harmony with yourself when you nurture yourself with love, respect and acceptance, always taking responsibility for your actions. Only then can you be in harmony with others. This is because love is the central force that connects all of life and aligns you with like-minded others.
Another message is restoration and the positive, fair resolution in all disputes, including those involving the legal system or other important changes. The Keeper of the Scales is a just and kind ally, always making sure balance is activated in your path.
The only true barrier for true inspiration is that we have to go to the keeper of the well and accept the cup of life giving water.
Another aspect is that we shouldn't be afraid to look for the wisdom found in ourselves. Our intuition and emotions are another well to draw from even in the darkest of times.
Others are also wells of wisdom that we could draw from, they have their own intuition and a wealth of experience that could be the last piece of the puzzle if we are willing to ask and reveal that which we ourselves are lacking.
Pride and shame can be our own cages keeping us from our greatest assets.
A cautious balance has to be struck between ourselves, others, and the devine.
Becoming dependent on any of that triad can cause disharmony within and without. This disharmony then can lead to chaos, strife and much confusion.
The greatest oppressors of the age knew and abused this knowledge. The censorship of information has become a red flag for such leaders. If the common people are only listening to one rhetoric than they will remain sheep, vulnerable to the wolves that prey on such ignorance.
The mainstream media within the united states is an example of how a group of people can be controlled by the information they receive.
I personally have stopped watching the news, all I ever hear is how awful one side is as compared to another. The unbiased news reporting of the past decades has almost disappeared completely, replaced by the brow beating interviews that can be found everywhere.
This message of balance and harmony can be found on a more personal level as well. First balance has to be found in yourself before you can strive to find it in others. Deal with your own personal demons before commenting on others.

Second Card:
The Well Watcher
The Well Watcher signals teh need to go within to contemplate teh true source of power in the World-which, he reminds you, it is that of the Divine. this is a message to let you know that you are being called to the Well, and this unseen power will be there and will be yours to align with.
This affirmation and prayer will invite the Divine to bring miracles and resolution to your life:
"Thy will be done through me for the highest good of all and for the true manifestation of my purpose."
You will know the way forward by the still, small voice within. The Divine also may answer your call by sending others to help you.
The Third Card:
The Keeper of the Scales
The Law of Harmony is enacted when the Keeper of the Scales comes to you as an Ally. Align with her as the law states, making conscious choices that create balance in your life. When you do, you also magically align with the abundance of the universe and the powerful forces of synchronicity. This creates conditions and possibilities lead to the fulfillment of your highest intentions.Harmony begins with the self and then resonates outward to others.
